Information in an inquiry

The sourcing form requests a name and work email, with optional telephone and company details. Your procurement text may include product specifications, crop application, operating conditions, quantity, delivery destination, preferred timing, budget and supplier preferences. Submit business information relevant to the request and avoid payment-card data, identity documents or unrelated personal information.

Purpose and communication

The submitted details are intended to support review of your purchasing requirement and follow-up communication. Product and commercial requirements may need to be discussed with potential suppliers to clarify a quotation scope. Any further sharing or arrangements should be confirmed during the sourcing discussion. Providing a budget is optional and is used as a buying preference, not as evidence of a completed transaction.

Browser storage for sourcing support

The site uses browser storage for the sourcing-benefit interface. A local timestamp records the first popup display. Automatic presentation is allowed for less than seven days from that first display and stops when this window expires; reopening does not reset the timestamp. Session storage remembers when the ticker was dismissed during the current browser session. These interface records do not contain the inquiry message, budget or contact details. Clearing browser storage resets the presentation state.

Form and service boundaries

The form sends details to the site's feedback endpoint. Public source files and local previews do not themselves establish that a production inbox has received an inquiry. Read the actual response from the deployed service when submitting. This notice does not claim a configured analytics provider, marketing subscription or payment-processing service where none has been supplied.

Questions and corrections

Use the contact form to ask about information you submitted or to request a correction, identifying the relevant business inquiry without adding unnecessary sensitive details. Handling arrangements may depend on the deployed service and relevant requirements. External reference links operate under their own notices.
